3 MIS Monitoring:
Monitoring all types of MIS (Legal, Recovery Portfolio etc.) at unit level.
Providing the data for maintaining the country level MIS whenever required.
Reconciliation of recovery and coordination with operations to run payments
and closing the account.
To conduct the Self-Assessment of Unit.
Co-ordinate and compliance in annual audit of the department.
4 Litigation:
Coordinate with law firms and banking courts through legal coordinators.
Randomly visits of banking courts to monitor the litigation activities.
Handle against bank cases and initiating recovery suit file in banking court.
Preparing and process of bills and payments of law firms.
